Before Inquire, quatation, sample making and order producton, pls read below, this will help you get a clear idea about us and our business. Q: what stones your use for your jewelry?

A:We use mostly Swarovksi,.. but because the economy is price sensetive, we use mostly Czeck now.

 

Q:Are you items silver or rhodium plated, and free of nickel,cadmium and lead ?

A:Our products  plated with Rhodium blend. Lead free,cadmium free Zinc&Tin, Nickel free plating.

 

Q:What is the MOQ?

A:We are wholesaler, MOQ is 100-200pcs for big one,and 500 pcs per promotional items.

 

Q:What is your payment terms?

A:T/T,35% deposit before the production, and 65% balance before the shipment.

 

Q:Is there any delivery charge, and where you deliver to?

A:you pay freight,delivery to your goods to your designated locations.Ship by air, better use your Fedex,DHL,UPS,TNT account, we will handle the declare charges.Ship by sea, we can help you booking the Vessel, you need pay the booking charges.

Q: How long does it normally take from order to delivery
A: The delivery time varies subject to quantity, branding, type of product etc.Normally it will take 4 weeks.

Q: Do you provide a rush service?
A: We can provide a rush service and will do all we can to help in out with a last minute emergency - for speed just speak to the team about your requirement.

Q: How can I arrange samples?
A: You can email your request for samples - if we haven't worked together before we may require a payment for samples (subject to the request) and when you subsequently place your order we will credit back the sample charge.

Q:Do you have sample charges?

A:Over US$50 need pay.

Q: How long do samples take to arrive?
A: Our samples are not all held in stock in our warehouse - many are from across Canton, We aim to provide samples within 3-5 days but we will advise subject to the samples required.

Q: Do I get discount for multiple orders
A: We do aim to provide you with competitive pricing and are always happy to discuss volume discounts?

Q: What are the carriage charges?
A: In order to arrange the most competitive carriage price we need to know the quantities and the shipping address? We will then price check to ensure we give you the best solution.

Q: Are all your products ethically sourced - how do you manage that process?
A: Yes absolutely, we care very much about ethical sourcing and we have procedures in place to check this throughout the supply chain.

Q: Do you have a full range of environmentally friendly products?
A: We have lots of great environmentally friendly promotional items - so please just ask the team to tell you more.

Q: Can you ship to our events around the world
A: Yes indeed we can - we ship for our clients all over the world.

Q: Do you have a brochure you can provide me
A: Right now, we don't have one, but you can view most of our products on our catalogs.

Q: How do I supply artwork for my logo/print?
A: You can attach your artwork file to the enquiry email as a jpg or PDF. we can produce your special cards or packing with your logo with charges.

Q: Can we purchase in RMB?
A: Yes you can, no problem – please ask for a RMB quote at quotation stage.

Q: Can I open an Account
A: First orders are Proforma and then we can arrange for our accounts department to send you an account application form if you are going to be placing regular orders with us.

Q: Can you take Credit Card payment
A: Not yet.
